The Firm
Benrais Weisselberg Avocats advises in business and commercial law, employment law and intellectual property law.
The founding partners – Maud Benrais and Elise Weisselberg – and their team provide operational and pragmatic solutions with a close eye on the issues of each case, the interests and objectives of each of their clients whether they are individuals, companies or institutional players.
Combining their complementary professional backgrounds and fields of expertise, Maud Benrais and Elise Weisselberg share a common approach to their work as well as a common vision on the way they hold cases when advising, preventing or litigating.
They use their cross-cutting expertise in business law, employment law and IP law to help their clients in most of the aspects of their company’s business life.
They enrich their synergy with external expertise when needed, by soliciting a network of lawyers (specially in tax or fiscal law, criminal law, real state law) and other professionals (certified public accountants, financial experts, notaries).
When a dispute arises, the attorneys of the firm favour amicable settlement when it’s pertinent. They also efficiently defend their clients’ interests in litigation.
